30 brown cows from the Alps, in mountain pastures from June to October and in free stalls in winter. Typical and rustic breed of our mountains, they adapt perfectly to our environment. Very cuddly, they appreciate the love that we bring them daily. Welcome ! Open and free visits of our animals every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Attend every evening at 5.30 p.m. the milking of the cows.
With the good fresh milk from our cows we make 12 different products: Tomme, Gruyère, raclette, blue cheese, fromage blanc, yoghurt, cream… Every 2 days we transform all our milk into cheese in our copper tank.
